    Ratepayers are required to register themselves (although it may be possible to use an existing HMRC log-on, we are hearing it is easier to register an extra Rates-only log-on) and to register their properties.   2. Closure of the 2010 Rating List…

    The 2010 Rating List closed at 23.59 on the 31st March 2017 and the 2017 List went from “Draft” to “Full” status at that time.

    Insofar as 2010 is concerned what exactly does “Closed” mean?

    It means the following :
