  1. 2017 Forms of Return to be Issued

    The Valuation Office Agency has announced that it is starting to send out forms of return on which it will base the 2017 rating list.

    Despite the title of the article on the Government website asking for rate payers’ help it should be remembered that there is nothing voluntary about this. Failure to return the completed form within the 56 days allowed could result in a fine.

    As the Rating List is a public document many business are plagued by cold callers telling them that their property has not been appealed. In many cases there are good reasons for no appeal having been made.
