Valuation
Most valuations are required on a confidential basis and cannot be put on a website, but, as Chartered Surveyors, MUA are often called uponto provide valuation for all fo the above purposes. These are provided in accordance with the "Red Book - RICS Valuation Standards", which is the internationally recognised standard. Furthermore we are regulated by the RICS as to the content of our valuations and to ensure tha we confirm to the RICS Rules of Conduct. So when you see the little lion at the bottom of a document, it really does mean something.
