On the expiry of a lease on a suite of offices, the Landlord submitted a detailed claim for more than £100,000 dilapidation against the Tenant. This included reinstatement of part of the premises together with redecoration and the associated fees to carry out these works.

Following MUA involvement, which included a detailed review on site, the total claim was settled in the sum of £14,000.
