Paul qualified in 1981 as a Chartered Surveyor. He joined MUA in 1986 and now has overall responsibility for the management of the Company. He is a member of the Energy Institute and hasd also acted as a tutor to the College of Estate Management.

Ifor has been with MUA for 20 years and is responsible for specialist property involving plant and machinery. He has over 25 years experience in the valuation of industrial and commercial property. He trained as a Chartered Surveyor in the Valuation Office.

David Cross MRICS IRRV

David joined MUA in 1988 and has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor. He specialises in petrol station and motor trade properties. He has a wide range of experience in the valuation of industrial and commercial property.

Peter Stevens BSc FRICS

Peter has been with MUA since 1995. He has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with valuation, landlord and tenant and rating matters.

Richard Chambers

Richard came to MUA in 2000. He has an extensive knowledge of Rating Regulations and is responsible for the administration and audit of rate demands for a number of clients. He also developed MUA's in-house database which provides numerous reports for clients in formats to suit their requirements.
